This title accompanies the first retrospective exhibition of award-winning contemporary sound artist, musician and composer Janek Schaefer. Featuring a newly commissioned sound sculpture accompanied by mixed media installations and films spanning the last two decades.

Included are Extended Play, the piece that won him British Composer of the Year in 2008, which mingles family history with political intrigue in a tribute to the child survivors of war, and his latest work, National Portrait, a unique sound collage of TV broadcasts taken from the last day of analogue transmissions in Liverpool.
