Returns and refunds (Individual customers)
We are sure you’ll be delighted with any book you purchase through Cornerhouse Publications. If you do need to cancel your order you can do so within 7 days. Please contact NBNi.Cservs@ingramcontent.com .
If for any reason you don’t want to keep the book when it arrives, please return it within 7 days of receipt. Please contact NBNi.Cservs@ingramcontent.com if you are returning an item.
Replacements or refunds may be given at the discretion of the management. The address for returns is:

If the item is damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, we will refund the cost of postage. In all other cases, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage (free from the Post Office) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Please note that returns sent to Cornerhouse Publications’ Manchester address will not be accepted.
