Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2005

New Contemporaries is the long-established and much respected annual exhibition of artists emerging from UK art schools. Chosen by an independent team of selectors, the exhibition is open to final year graduates and post-graduates of Fine Art at UK art schools. Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2005 exhibition features 29 artists, selected by Jeremy Akerman, Phil Collins and Jane and Louise Wilson, from an initial submission of 1100.

Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2005 launched at Cornerhouse, Manchester (June – July) and toured to Bristol, in a collaboration with the artist-run gallery LOT and Spike Island (September – October) and then to The Curve Gallery, Barbican Centre, London (November – January 2006).
