New Contemporaries is the annual exhibition that showcases the work of graduating artists. The exhibition is open to final year graduates and postgraduates of Fine Art at UK Art Schools, chosen by an independent team of selectors and provides a valuable opportunity for artists right at the start of their careers, offering a fascinating insight into current art practice.

Selected by Kate Bush, Dinos Chapman, Tacita Dean and Brian Griffiths, New Cntemporaries 2004 was shown at The Coach Shed, Liverpool Biennial and the Barbican Art Gallery, London.
