Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2008

Selected by the artists Richard Billington, Ceal Floyer and Ken Lum, and opening at the Liverpool Biennial in September 2008, New Contemporaries 2008 features the best of the new crop of art school graduates in the UK, chosen through open submission. New Contemporaries is recognised for supporting new work and artists at the start of their professional careers. In its present form, since 1989, it has created a valuable critical and informal network where artists and selectors remain in contact.
