What are our Christmas 2016 posting dates?
Please get your orders to us by 12.00pm on the following dates to receive in time for Christmas:
UK: 19th December; Eastern Europe*: 8th December; Western Europe*: 12th December Rest of the World*: Standard Posting last date has gone but you can use the courier option.
*Deliveries to overseas customers are sent by Standard Mail. This is a standard service and not traceable once it leaves the warehouse.
Customers may be interested to know that we do offer delivery by courier (DHL/DPD) which takes from 2-5 days delivery and can be tracked. Please specify the Courier option at checkout if you wish to use this postage method. Orders dispatched by overseas courier may be placed after the above dates. What does Cornerhouse Publications offer?
We stock over 4,000 publications from many of the most innovative publishers, galleries and museums working in contemporary visual arts. Our list encompasses all the visual arts including architecture, art theory and education, design, digital media, fashion, film and video, painting, photography, performance and sculpture.
How do I find a particular book?
To find the title you want, use the 'What Are You Looking for?' search function. You can search by Title, ISBN, Artist or Publisher. You can search under the following headings: Best Sellers, New Titles, Publishers, Artists, Authors and Categories. In our Catalogue section, you can also refine your search by format, availability, date, and price.
How do I order a book?
When you have made your choice, please select ‘buy now’. This will take you to an automatic checkout that is managed by our distribution partner, NBN International. You can add as many titles as you require to your shopping basket, where you can review your order and then checkout securely.

How can I pay for items?
Payment can be made by the following cards: American Express, VISA, VISA Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron.
When will my credit card be debited?
NBN International will take a pre-authorisation when the order is placed, but only debit the card when the goods are ready to ship. A confirmation email will be sent to you from NBN International.
Will you acknowledge my order?
Yes, an email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will normally be processed on the working day that it is received. However, we advise customers to allow 2-4 working days for delivery in the UK. Delivery overseas is by Standard Post (International Mail). Delivery to Europe is usually between 5 and 10 working days, and between 9 and 20 working days for the rest of the world. Courier services are also available for overseas customers who require a quicker delivery time. Please select the appropriate option when you check out.
My book hasn't arrived. What should I do?

What if the item I want is out of stock?
If a title is not currently available it will be noted on the website. NBN International will record your order for future supply. They will then charge your card and despatch the title as soon as it becomes available.
What is your pricing policy?
While every effort is made to ensure that prices listed are correct, they are subject to change at any time and without notice.
