This publication accompanies a collaborative exhibition between the British Council and the Museo Tamayo Arte Contemporaneo, Mexico City. As part of a focus on contempoary British art, the show consists of works by a new generation of artists, loosely based around the theme of the city. Like the modern city itself, it has no specific locus, but veers off continually into new areas, imagining and imposing a sense of what a contempoary city might be.
