The Forgotten

This beautifully designed book celebrates the important presentation of 40 works by Paula Rego (b. 1935, Lisbon) in her first exhibition at Victoria Miro, London.

It features a personal and reflective text by the novelist, playwright and poet Deborah Levy and a conversation between Paula Rego and fellow artists María Berrío, Cecily Brown, Marlene Dumas, Tracey Emin, Kudzanai-Violet Hwami, Chantal Joffe, Wangechi Mutu, Celia Paul, Adriana Varejão and Flora Yukhnovich.

The hardback, Swiss bound publication is richly illustrated with 53 colour plates and specially commissioned studio photography by Gautier Deblonde.
