Hans Ulrich Obrist and Jeff Koons are discussing the artists’ most important works of the last twenty years as well as his current projects.

Koons affords insight into his American childhood and his unusual career. He talks about the huge influences of Marcel Duchamp and Andy Warhol, his personal experience of Pop Art and his own path, which he’s been following since the 1970s.

The architect Rem Koolhaas also takes part in two of the discussions, which took place between 2004 and 2007. In this way an image, rich in facets and perspectives, is generated of one of the most enigmatic personalities of the international art scene.
