This new edition of the catalogue from the Museum Haus Esters, Krefeld and Portikus, Frankfurt from 1989 is published on the occasion of the presentation of 15 paintings on exhibit at Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden on loan from the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
