Tony Sinden is a ground-breaking artist whose installation, video and film works have been exhibited internationally since the 1960’s. Everything Must Go is a publication dedicated to a critical assessment of his work and extensive career.

This publication was conceived in tandem with the Arts Council sponsored National Touring Exhibition Everything Must Go that originated at the Vardy Gallery, University of Sunderland, in collaboration with the Durham Cathedral Artist in Residence Program. The exhibition includes a series of new works combined with a re-construction of the seminal video installation Behold Vertical Devices, 1974 (2002). The new works featured include Cool Room, Chroma Blue, Discontinued Lines, Void Fill and Elevation.
