We just wanted to let you know that during the month of March 2022 we will be counting all the stock that we hold in our warehouse. This is a huge job and unfortunately it means that there will be some delays in supplying your website orders.
We are all working as hard as possible to complete the full stock-taking processes as soon as we can. We will endeavor to get things back to normal again as a priority, but it is likely to take several weeks. At present the plan is to have things all back on track again during the first week of April 2022.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, and please do accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We’ll be back up and running again and supplying you with books in no time!

Please note that for all other (non-website) orders, and for all trade orders, the IPS team will be able to process these during the stock take and will keep them recorded for release as soon as the stock count is finalised.
