For the first time since documenta 7 (1982) the internationally renowned curator Rudi Fuchs presents the joint exhibition of works by Mario Merz and Arnulf Rainer.

In Mario Merz – Arnulf Rainer: Deep / Wide (Fragments) large scale paintings by Arnulf Rainer take on large scale installations and image objects of the Italian Arte Povera artist Mario Merz.

Published to accompany the comprehensive exhibition of around 70 works produced in collaboration with the Fondazione Merz (Turin) at the Arnulf Rainer Museum, Baden in 2013.
