‘Serpentine Pavilion and Summer Houses 2016’ catalogue soon to arrive in stock

The 2016 Serpentine Architecture Programme has been expanded to include not just a pavilion this year, but four summer houses too. With the exhibition running until 9 October 2016, there is still plenty of time to go and have a look!

In line with the selection criteria, all the chosen architects have yet to build a permanent building anywhere in England and this year the Pavilion itself is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). The four Summer House designers are Kunle Adeyemi, Barkow Leibinger, Yona Friedman and Asif Khan.

If you don’t get chance to visit the designs in person, then why not get a copy of the accompanying book, which can be ordered now and is priced at just £25.

For more information on all the architects and exhibition, take a look at the Serpentine’s own website.
